Today, we are searching for an Inbound Customer Acquisition Specialist who can help us take Mamo to those who need it.

What you will do
- Take charge of our inbound sales queue, efficiently handling incoming inquiries from potential customers.
- Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline CRM systems, including Pipedrive and Apollo.
- Ask insightful questions to determine how our products or services can effectively address their challenges and goals.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of Mamo’s product offerings, enabling you to tailor solutions to match the unique requirements of potential customers.
- Utilize your strong sales skills to guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing any objections or concerns.
- Lead the inbound sales process from beginning to end with a consultative approach, leveraging Mamo’s Sales Playbook.
- Share insights from customer engagements with the product team and sales leadership.
What we're looking for
- You possess 2+ years of experience in direct sales.
- You have experience in B2B Sales.
- You have exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess an innate ability for organization and structure, such that these skills come as second nature to you.
- You have exceptional skills and proficiency in CRM and tools (like Pipedrive and Apollo).
- You enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a good understanding of the sales process and an ability to drive conversations with customers.
