One of the things we have going for us at Mamo is that most of us are engineers or techies — either by profession or at heart. Historically, this has served us very well; we've built a beautiful, effective, high-quality product suite that is absolutely adored by our customers.


However, like with anything else, there are always two sides to this coin. Being this passionate about product and technology usually means storytelling doesn't come naturally. We're not the loudest in the room.


Self-awareness is fantastic, which is why we're putting our hand up and recruiting someone special. Someone who can see and appreciate what we've built, experience the "Aha!" moment that our customers have, and translate it into a compelling narrative — then take that narrative and show the world what they're missing without Mamo.

What you'll do


  • Define Mamo's positioning and market narrative
  • Build and run paid and organic brand awareness campaigns across all relevant channels, including but not limited to: social, video, PR, events, sponsorships, offline and online.
  • Create and own concepts, messaging, and content across campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage agencies and freelancers to produce creative assets where necessary
  • Build and execute awareness-building strategies for new products
  • Shape and execute the strategy that powers our brand messaging

What we're looking for


  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • You’re creative by nature
  • You’re an excellent writer and storyteller — campaigns, slogans, social, PR, messaging guides
  • You've designed and executed brand awareness campaigns 
  • You know how to define and articulate the value proposition and market positioning of complex B2B/tech products
  • You're a curious person; you always ask good questions to try to understand things and find ways to improve
  • You’re not afraid to experiment with bold ideas
  • You like the fast-paced energy of startups and wearing multiple hats
  • You have high ownership and thrive when given autonomy 
  • UAE market experience is a must
